Receptionist

Your main responsibilities will be answering and directing general telephone enquiries and directing visitors to the appropriate employees within the organisation. There will also be some requirement for general office and recruitment administration.

The ideal candidate:

  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Excellent personal presentation skills
  • High level communication (both written and verbal) skills
  • Computer literacy with well developed PC and administration skills - must be familiar with Microsoft Office suite to include managing Outlook calendar
  • Ability to greet clients in a friendly and courteous manner

    This will be a job share position  working 5 1/2 days a week.  The hours required will be:

    Monday afternoon from 1pm-6pm, Wednesday morning  8am-1.30pm, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday are flexible (either 8am - 1.30pm or 1pm - 6pm).
